It’s (likely) my last year of involvement in Oakland Girls Softball League, at least from a board member perspective. I really like the fine vounteers I’ve had a chance to work with all these years. Yesterday was Opening Day Ceremony and Carnival, and I couldn’t imagine it going any beter than it did. Coolest part? I got to catch the opening pitches from Kristina Thorson. She’s cool (she took it easy on me)
